The newest discovery…

I am pretty sure I wasn’t the first one to discover these little babies, but I can say that I have recently fallen in love with the aromatherapy line at Bath and Body Works!

I was a little nervous to head back into Bath and Body Works, in fear that I would be swindled into buying a ton of body lotion and soap I would have to pass on as gifts throughout the year, but to my surprise I walked out with only two items… and let me tell you= OBESESSED.

I took home candles from the Energy and Stress Relief collections. Hmmm… bubble bath next time?

I smell some DIY coming on…

I have a couple of free days of scheduled after Christmas this month, and I am beginning to think that I may charge into them glue gun in hand and “craft” my way to fashionable goodness. Here are just a few ideas I’ve been cooking up…

Ahhh here’s hoping!

Merry Christmas!

It often comes to this time of year, when we finally get to spend time with the people that we love. It has been an incredible year. Big love going out to everyone this year!

ULTA-MITE yummy new colors!

There is nothing like spicing up your nails for the new season, to practice a little color peek-a-boo with your winter colors. I recently went to ULTA (which we love, have I said that yet) and picked up some yummy colors in the ULTA house brand.

I picked up…

Peach Parfait, Devious, Blue Streak, and Army of 1. With a pretty epic coupon I got them all for $7…

Happy Nails! xooxx-Grishley

Obsessed.

It is not everyday that I decide to change my scent, I have been in love with this moderately priced lovely from Victoria’s Secret forever! However, VS does a lovely job of making their fragrances available for only a short amount of time, and after exhausting myself trying to find this lovely online, I figured it was time to move on!

In came the decision for a day scent and a night scent! I figure since scent is such a powerful form of engagement and memory, I figured on the days when I needed a little pick me up, a yummy fun scent would be appropriate! Thus came the samples from ULTA (whom we love) and the winner was… TWIRL by Kate Spade! The only scary thing about this little baby is the price! Ugh… Christmas anyone?

On the other hand, I figured a musty evening scent would hopefully motivate me to actually go out and get a drink now and then, rather then sit in and crochet… (true story) and here came TokyoMilk  Dark, Everything & Nothing, this scent is AMAZING! It has just enough yummy, and just enough “hmmm?”

Home for the Holiday.

It is holiday time! For the first time in a long time, I won’t be home to celebrate the whole of winter break with my family, I’ll be sticking around my ol’ College town to work a bit on my next collection and also earn some extra money. It is this time of year that reminds me to give thanks, to be happy for what I have and to be proud of what I have accomplished with my loved ones this year.

Happy Holidays!

Here are just a few pics keeping me in the holiday mood, and looking forward to heading home for Christmas!

Discovery!

Not at all attempting to drop hints of any kind with this little post about weddings, I’d just like to state that I am mildly obsessed with wedding blogs. I love love 100layercake, but this new little lovely has me all reeled in! Ladies and Gentleman, Green Wedding Shoes.

Just a little sneak peak…
